Rachael C. Carranza

In June 2011, Rachael C. Carranza, daughter of IMO’s President / CEO joined the IMO team as the Coordinator of Marketing and Business Development. Rachael graduated magna cum laude from Texas Christian University with a Bachelor of Science in Advertising / Public Relations and has an Associate of Arts degree from Collin County Community College. Most recently, she received her Master’s in Adult and Higher Education from the University of Oklahoma.

Passionate about IMO’s mission and commitment to serving people, she is honored to spearhead several new initiatives, some listed below. Her family’s legacy is one of the most important things she recognizes in this new journey.

A huge thank you to A.S. Designs and Services for building and re-launching IMO’s new Website to its fullest potential! Ian Hatch and his team worked with us to meet our goals which included streamlining the Find a Provider Search and the online Submit a Referral and Pre-Authorization Request processes. All while improving overall functionality, the new site has a fresh, modern look with new features including the option to Request a Speaker and CEU Course List / Presentation, sign up for our Mailing List, participate in the IMO Blog and much more. We appreciate your help in spreading the word!
