The Nurse will process requests for Pre-Authorization determination from Health Care providers or injured employees and review clinical data to determine if the request can be approved as medically necessary.</span></p><p><span style="color: #333333;">The Nurse will utilize standard evidence based practice guidelines and best treatment practices as well as compile, process and maintain medical records of injured employees in a manner consistent with medical, administrative, ethical, legal and regulatory requirement of the Health Care system.</span></p><p><span style="color: #333333;">RN with Utilization Review and Pre-Authorization experience preferred.
