Telephonic Case Manager - Carrollton, TX 
Responsible for managing case management files following IMO protocols and in compliance with client directives.  Collaborates with the physician and the multidisciplinary team to facilitate the plan of care and assist in identification and concurrent resolution of variances. Must hold a Case Management certification in one or more of the following areas: CRN, CCM, CDMS, CRC, COHN, or an equivalent certification meeting requirements.

Field Case Manager – Dallas / Fort Worth, Austin, Houston, San Antonio
Provides medical and vocational assistance to support injured employees in reaching maximum medical improvement and return to work.  Facilitates communication between all parties including the employee, adjuster, employer, treating physician(s) and ancillary providers to assist in obtaining prompt and appropriate medical treatment.  The case manager assesses rehabilitation needs and makes appropriate recommendations.  Responsible for managing files following IMO protocols and in compliance with client directives.

Quality Assurance Manager - Carrollton, TX 
Responsible for oversight of IMO initiatives including the network quality improvement program, product benchmarks and provider education. Oversees internal data analytics and credentialing/contracting department.  Must have at least 5 years experience working in the area of quality assurance and education/training in a business environment.  Requires a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a health care related field (i.e. nursing, Master’s in Healthcare Administration or MBA) from an accredited school or university.

Network Manager – Carrollton, TX
Responsible for oversight of Network Telephonic Case Managers (TCMs) while ensuring proactive provider education, customer service and Return to Work outcomes are utilizing Evidence Based Guidelines (EBG) and performance measures.  Must have at least 5 years experience working in the area of workers’ compensation, which may include case management (TCM/FCM).  Requires a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in health care related field from an accredited school or university and a certification such as CCM, COHN, CDMS or CRC.
