IMO also administrates the management of a 504 or Non-Subscriber Network setting.  We have organically grown our provider panel as we recognize the importance of credible relations and managed care.

1. IMO Experience with Networks: IMO has the necessary expertise in the delivery of a comprehensive network.  We have the required network plan from implementation to administration and have demonstrated effective results that the carrier can be confident with.

2. Quality Medical Care: We strive to provide intentional treatment care plans that use evidence based guidelines such as the Official Disability Guidelines (ODG) and the Medical Disability Advisor (MDA).

3. Medical Case Manager: Each injured employee will be assigned a telephonic case manager and, if necessary, a field case manager based on client protocols.  The IMO Certified Medical Case Manager will coordinate effective communication between all parties and work closely with the selected medical providers in network to ensure evidence based practice is met and return to work plans are identified.

4. Return-to-Work: Working collaboratively with the employer on a transitional return to work plan at the onset of the injury.  IMO utilizes the measurable tool of the medical disability advisor and does encourage an effective safe and productive return to work.

5. Provider Report Card / Performance:  We emphasize the serious importance of impacting the lives we touch with measurable results.   The Division of Workers’ Compensation’s Performance Based Oversight (PBO) measures IMO at the high performing tier level.  For more information, the 2011 Texas Department of Insurance (TDI) Network Report Card is available for review.
