Our Proprietary Utilization Software interfaces all of IMO services including Case Management, Pre-Authorization, Medical Bill Review and our customized IMO Med-Select Network®.

We have performed Pre-Authorization services for over 15 years and demonstrate an overall average savings of 35-45% for Utilization Reviews alone.

Our qualified staff of nurses and diverse physician panel work cohesively to ensure Utilization Review compliance is met and medical necessity encourages quality health care for the injured employee.

As part of this acknowledgement, once a case is received from the requesting provider, IMO works diligently with all parties to ensure all necessary medical documentation is shared and a fair review is completed.

The requesting provider or the appropriate representative can electronically submit a Pre-Authorization Request through the IMO Website.
