Art comes to IMO with over two decades of direct industry experience, that includes all components of managed care and cost containment. He is instrumental in the development of key relationships that include TPA’s, Carriers and employer groups. His vast knowledge of the various of healthcare sectors included Workers’ Compensation, Nonsubscribers, Liability and Group Health. He is well versed in the process of claims handling, allowing him to collaborate with adjusters to ensure they received the necessary service offerings to manage their specific claims.

As Executive Director of Marketing and Business Development Art will lead IMO’s effort in our continued growth.
