  • Telephonic Case Management (TCM) – IMO provides an early intervention service offering Telephonic Case Management (TCM) for non-network cases.  This can be provided for several types of cases, such as – Medical Only Cases for Occupational, Liability & Casualty and Group Health type of cases. A three point contact is made with the primary interested parties to ensure effective medical care is adhered, evidence based guidelines are followed and/or a triage of medical intervention to his/her treating provider is conducted.  This service has proven to be cost-effective and encourages provider accountability to effective medical care and return to work.  This service also is a great human relations benefit to connect with the injured employed early on, providing support and direction to ensure optimum and effective results are achieved.
  • First Report of Injury & Triage (FRIT) – IMO provides an early intervention utilization while completing the State’s – First Report of Injury.  For any type of claim, the triage encompasses an 800 – 24/7 Access as client tailored with our professional intake in completing the “First Report of Injury”.  This also allows for a collaborative medical triage component to coordinate the first medical contact of treatment and/or coordinate the referral into an appropriate treating provider in or out of network.
