Texas Health Care Network (1305)
Since 2009, IMO’s territory base includes over 80 counties in the State of Texas with nearly 9,000 providers directly credentialed and contracted. We cover over 300,000 lives in the State of Texas. It is select in nature as it only allows the specialty needs in the service county area that promote provider relations, care satisfaction and continuity of care. We are ranked one of the top network performers due to our strategic method to managed care.
Nonsubscriber Specialty Networks
Since 1993, a pioneer in the space of nonsubscribers, IMO can organically grow a custom network for nonsubscribers that provide primary or specialty providers. Selective providers who are credentialed and contracted and experienced in the nonsubscriber market. IMO has available experienced nonsubscriber medical case managers coupled with provider expertise to manage effectively and proactively.
Texas Networks (504 Inter-local)
IMO is equipped to develop and administrate a 504 Network for a single public entity.
The IMO Med-Select Network encompasses about one-third of the State of Texas geographically, but nearly 90% of the total population.

Return to Work
Working collaboratively with the employer at the onset of the injury is critical. IMO utilizes measurable tools and always encourages that safe and productive Return to Work benchmarks are met.
Quality Medical Care
We strive to provide intentional treatment care plans using evidence based guidelines such as the Official Disability Guidelines (ODG) and the Medical Disability Advisor (MDA).
IMO understands the importance of impacting through outcomes. The Division of Workers’ Compensation’s Performance Based Oversight (PBO) rates IMO clients at the high performing tier level.
Medical Case Manager
Each injured employee is assigned a Telephonic Case Manager and, if necessary, a Field Case Manager based on severity levels. Effective communication and prompt scheduling is guaranteed.
